Available Positions

Stylist

​​As a key member of the Stylist team, you will be responsible for the final dressing and styling of show homes following installation. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and precision, translating design concepts into fully realised spaces through considered sourcing, artwork curation, and high-quality on-site execution.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Stylists are expected to take ownership of the styling process, ensuring each space is delivered to an exceptional standard, aligned with the client brief, and executed seamlessly from concept through to handover

About you

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • A strong passion for interior design and styling
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with a refined creative eye
  • Full, valid UK driving licence required. Applicants must have held their licence for a minimum of two years and be aged 25 or over

Desirable Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with and managing budgets
  • CSCS Green Card (or willingness to obtain via the company)
  • Experience within a styling role would be beneficial

Do you offer work experience or internships?

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering work experience or internship placements.

Do you work with freelancers or contractors?

We do occasionally work with freelance designers and installers on an ad hoc basis. If you’re interested, please submit your details via our contact form, along with examples of your work. We’ll keep your information on file should a suitable opportunity arise.

Do you accept speculative applications?

Yes – we’re always interested in hearing from talented individuals. Submit your details via the contact form and we’ll be in touch if a suitable opportunity arises.

Do I need interior design experience to apply?

This depends on the role. For creative positions, relevant experience and a portfolio are essential. For other roles, we look for transferable skills, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude, alongside key requirements such as software proficiency, strong communication and organisational skills, and experience in fast-paced work environments.

When can I expect to hear back about my application?

As we receive a high volume of applications for our advertised vacancies, we are only able to contact candidates whose CVs have been shortlisted.
